Offissimmo Ltd, created in October 2016, is the first company exclusively dedicated to the commercial real estate in Mauritius.

The main motivation for its creation was the observation made by its founders that no structure proposed a specialised and personalised support to the mauritian companies on the commercial real estate market.

The experience we acquired over the years allow us to offer to companies that have retained our services a continuous assistance in their property search.
